Andrew was born in Boca Raton, FL and his family now resides in Williamsburg, VA.  He was the Stars goalie during last season's successful run to the USA Hockey National Tournament 2nd place finish.  Prior to that Andrew played with the Dallas Alliance Bulldogs and the Houston Wild.  He graduated Plano West High School this past spring and looks forward to continuing his hockey career at the Junior and College level.
