Case was born in Gillette, WY where his parents and sister Breanna still reside. He started playing hockey at the age of six and moved to the Dallas area in 2006 to further his hockey career at the Midget Major level where his 6’ 5”, 230 lb frame makes his presence known on the ice. He played three years for Team Wyoming (2003-6) before moving to Dallas and playing for two years with the Texas Attack (2006-7). His highlight with the Attack included winning the 2007 President Cup Tournament in Colorado Springs, CO and the King of the Rockies Tournament in Denver, CO Away from the hockey rink:
Casey excels as a 4.0 honor student looking forward to furthering his education in college. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping in the off season. Casey looks forward to the chance of playing at the USA Hockey 2009 Nationals, playing Juniors next season, and playing at the collegiate level. |
